The Health Agency announces 1241 new cases with 25% belonging to NCR. There were 24 added deaths with a 9.9% positivity rate.
The numbers today were led by Cebu with 88 cases followed by Iloilo and Negros Occidental with 73 each. Provinces with more than 30 cases were: Cavite 54, Laguna 45, Rizal 32, and Bulacan 30.
In NCR, Quezon City reported 61 cases, followed by Manila 39, Pasig 27, Parañaque 25, Taguig, Las Piñas and Marikina with 23 each, Makati 16, Muntinlupa 15, Caloocan and Mandaluyong 14 each and Pasay City 11.
We should be seeing four digits up to the weekend.
